Help finding old poem

My great-grandmother used to recite a poem to my Grandmother, who is now having difficulties remembering it. Can anyone help me find this poem?

Here is what she can remember.

Mommy and I made a garden,
at least we planted the seeds.
The man with the horse came along first of course,
And did things a good garden needs.
